• SHIPPING: We ship Worldwide! All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Shipping Option 1: International Tracked Airmail

Europe: 2-6 business days 
U.S. - Canada: 5-10 business days 
Australia: 2 weeks
Rest of world: up to 2-3 weeks

Shipping Option 2: Express Courier (SPM) Special Priority Mail

Worldwide: 1-5 business days

• Handling Time: All orders are processed within 0-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Handling time does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you). We will not send packages until payments appear to us as "cleared".

• International customs: Usually, all orders are exempt from taxes and duties, but some countries may charge custom fees, so, please contact your local custom office for more information. Possible custom import taxes and duty fees are responsible by customers.

• WRONG ADDRESS or INVALID: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide us the right address where the parcel will be shipped. At that case normally parcels will be marked as unclaimed and will return to us.

• UNCLAIMED ITEMS: If an item is unclaimed and returned to us buyer pays the shipping cost for the parcel to be resent again. If this item is made to order or a custom order we cannot refund you in that case. 

• DELIVERED ITEMS: If an item is marked as delivered on the tracking link of your country’s national carrier website, it is your responsibility to contact the postal service and find out where your order is. We use registered (singed-for) shipping option to ensure that the parcel can be tracked and you can find out who signed at the post office to receive your parcel.

 

Return Policy

If you have any reason that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your package. You can return the product within 14 days since the day you received it and get an exchange or a fixed price discount for your next order. In these cases, and if the item is in the same new condition, you will be charged BOTH the shipping costs (to Greece and back to you), unless an error was made by us or the product is faulty/damaged upon delivery. Returns, on unwanted items are paid by you. Shipping costs are non refundable. Returning packages should be sent as a gift. Possible taxes and fees are not responsible by us and we cannot be charged to receive a returning product. CUSTOM MADE and MADE TO ORDER are not eligible for our 14 day policy.

• MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOM ORDER items: Are not eligible for refund and exchanges but if the item is not as agreed or described we are responsible for that and we will refund you.

• WRONG SIZES: Even if we have the choose your size option open and you can choose your size on any of our sandals. We ask our buyers to give us additional information after their order to ensure that they have chosen the right size. PLEASE NOTICE that sizes vary from company to another and this can be easily found if you search for shoe conversion charts on any search engine. Thus, in case you do not reply on the message, we will send you a sandal of which the dimensions are the average of several different measures found on various conversion charts.
